At Still Spirits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home distilling equipment and supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
